Kathleen A. Arntsen, President and CEO of the Lupus Foundation of Mid and Northern New York, Inc. will be recognized by the Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals' (ARHP) with the Addie Thomas Service Award for her longstanding history of volunteer service and leadership contributions to the field of Rheumatology on the local, regional, and national levels. She will receive the prestigious award at the Opening Session of the American College of Rheumatology/ARHP Annual Meeting in Washington, DC on November 10, 2012.
Kathleen was nominated for the award by Paul Gileno, President of the U.S. Pain Foundation and lupus clinician and researcher Dr. Marc Chevrier, as well as Margaret Dowd, President and CEO of the Lupus Research Institute.
